Fried pita (sweet or salty):

Defreeze the pita and fry it until it becomes golden on a pan with oil. Sprinkle the pita liberally with sugar and cinnamon or alternatively serve with feta, Gouda or Philadelphia cheese. (Νο2, Νο3, Νο5)

 

Pizza pita:

Defreeze the pita and spread with butter or olive oil. Add the ingredients of your choice – cheese, tomato, ham or mushrooms – and place it on the grill for a few minutes. (Νο4, Νο6, Νο7)

 

Mini Party Time:

Our mini-sized pita is the ideal basis for small bites and snacks. Top it or stuff it with the ingredients of your choice – cheese, tomato, ham or mushrooms – and grill or toast it for a few minutes. (Νο1)

 

The pitas may be used as toast bread or as a substitute for the regular bread. You may also create a double stuffed pita (Νο6, Νο7) : Place the ingredients of your choice between two pitas and bake in the oven grill or the toaster.

The secret is in the baking....

 

 

The little secrets:

Always grease the pita with a bit of olive oil or butter and sprinkle it with salt and oregano. Bake one side thoroughly and merely heat the other.
