Fried pita bread (sweet or salty)
Defrost the pita bread and fry it until it becomes golden on a pan with oil. Sprinkle the pita bread liberally with sugar and cinnamon or alternatively serve with feta, Gouda or Philadelphia cheese.
Pizza pita bread
Defrost the pita bread and spread with butter or olive oil. Add the ingredients of your choice – cheese, tomato, ham or mushrooms – and place it on the grill for a few minutes.

Our mini-sized pita bread is the ideal basis for small bites and snacks. Top it or stuff it with the ingredients of your choice – cheese, tomato, ham or mushrooms – and grill or toast it for a few minutes.
The pita breads may be used as toast bread or as a substitute for the regular bread. You may also create a double stuffed pita bread: Place the ingredients of your choice between two pitas and bake in the oven grill or the toaster.
